SOPRAN
Was born in 1985 Turkey. Started her musical education with Istanbul Technical University by playing piano and oud .
In 2012 she completed her singing education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with Sema Cal with the first degree.
She has participated to the Master Classes with Anna Vandi, Kei Wessel, Amelia Felle, Christian Koch and Marina Saguch. Dilruba Bilgi won the third prize in 13th Siemens National Singing Competition. In the same year she sang solo with the Fazil Say’s World Premiere named “Ses”(Voice) op.40.
Bilgi joined the ensemble of the Istanbul State Opera House in 2013 and she performed the roles of:
Marguerite in Faust
Micaela in Carmen
Anna in Maometto Secondo
Violetta in La Traviata
Nannetta in Falstaff
Amina in La Sonnambula
Olympia in Les Contes d’Hoffmann
Queen of the Night in Magic Flute
Zerbinetta in Ariadne auf Naxos
Norina in Don Pasquale.
She performed Requiem with İstanbul Symphony Orchestra and Izmir Symphony Orchestra, Concerto di Natale (New Year Concert) with Roma Symphony Orchestra directed by Gabriele Bonolis, L.W.Beethoven 9.Symphony with İstanbul State Opera and Ballet, Carl Orffs Carmina Burana with State Polyphony Orchestra and Choir and many other concerts and performances with the Turkey’s Symphony Orchestra and Choir.
She sang R.Strauss Ophelia Lieder and F.Liszt Lieder .
Bilgi deemed worthy as The Most Successful Opera Singer of the year 2024 (Semiha Berksoy Opera Foundation).
She is a member of the ensemble of the Istanbul State Opera and Ballet as Soprano.
